Volunteer Hours

Tell us what you did for the club and for how many hours. An Executive member or committee chair confirms it, and when your confirmed hours for the season reach 8, your volunteer deposit comes back to you.

Please Note: You do not need all 8 hours to send this in. Send hours in as you go, while they are still fresh in your approver's mind.

  • What you will need:

    • The email address you log in to smithers.curling.io with.

    • What you did, and for how many hours.

    • The Executive member or committee chair who can confirm it.

    What happens next

    • A reference number will be shown once the form is submitted. Keep a copy for your records.

    • The person you named is asked to confirm your hours. This can take a week or two: the club is run by volunteers.

    • When your confirmed hours for the season reach 8, your volunteer deposit comes back to you as a credit or by e-transfer, whichever you chose.
